Return Policy

All sales are final, we do not accept returns on any items due to sanitation reasons

Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable) 

Refunds on any order will not be permitted

Exchanges will only be applicable if your item is defective or has arrived damaged due to shipping issues.

Procedure for exchanges: If your item has arrived damaged please email us at maisonlemonet@gmail.com , providing

• PROOF OF DAMAGE
• ORDER NUMBER
• NAME OF CUSTOMER WHOM PLACED THE ORDER
• PRODUCTS THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED

Exchanges will only be permitted 10 calendar days after shipment arrival date 

If your exchange is approved you will be subject to a credit value totaling equal or lesser the amount paid at the time of purchase.

Please notify us of any errors in your order within 10 calendar days of shipment arrival and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue. WE DO NOT GENERALLY ACCEPT RETURN EXCEPT IN CASES OF ERROR.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
